Probably, you are going through bars or beams during attaching your axes. There are also lots of activities that you must have to do that will strengthen your arms for rocks climbing. During the exercise session, they (trainer) will teach you in which way you can properly utilize your muscles during climbing on the rocks. They will also test your straightness during the training session and on the basis of outcomes you have, they will work on you. You should also have a good grip that makes you able to climb rocks. Ensure that you have a strong arm with well coordination when you are going for a climbing trip.
